The problem

Your CRM shouldn't charge by the head or hold your pipeline hostage

Salesforce and HubSpot price by seat and by tier, so growing the team and using more of the product both cost more — and your contacts, deals and every note your reps write live in an account you rent, on infrastructure you can't see, under terms and jurisdictions you don't set. Exporting is deliberately awkward. The data that runs your revenue is the data you least control.

A Twenty environment is the opposite deal. One tenant, one workspace, one database: your pipeline, contacts and activity on hardware we own, under EU jurisdiction, with no per-seat pricing and no lock-in. Twenty is a fast, modern, open-source CRM — and here it runs as your own.

What every environment includes

The full CRM, provisioned and running

Twenty installed and ready — current release, provisioned and migrated, ready to create your workspace and invite your team. Nothing to install.
Your own PostgreSQL database — every contact, company, deal, note and custom object in a database that is yours alone.
Your whole team, no seat meter — invite as many users into your workspace as you like; you pay for the environment, not per head.
Background jobs that fire on schedule — a dedicated worker and Redis queue drive calendar sync, email sync and automations reliably, not best-effort.
Integrations that reach out — connect Google or Microsoft calendar and email so activity flows into the CRM automatically.
Nightly backups included — database plus uploads, on separate platform storage.
Everything every environment gets — sealed networking, dedicated IP, automatic TLS, reserved compute.
One workspace, your whole team

Built around a single workspace

A Twenty environment runs one workspace — your company's — and your colleagues are users inside it, with roles, views, custom objects and pipelines configured to how you actually sell. Isolation is between clients: a different company is a different environment, fully separated, never a shared tenant.
Custom objects and views — model your pipeline, not a vendor's idea of one.
Roles for your team — invite reps, ops and leadership into the same workspace.
API access — REST and GraphQL against your own instance for whatever you want to build on top.
For revenue teams and the operators who run them

We run the substrate. You run the CRM.

We guarantee the environment: the server and worker pods, the database, Redis, the network, uptime and provisioning. You run Twenty — your workspace, pipeline, custom fields, integrations and automations. It's stock, current Twenty with the full product, so the docs and community guides apply directly.

Migrate in with a database restore or the standard import; migrate out the same way. Your pipeline is portable because it's yours.
Isolation is a trust feature

The data that runs your revenue, on your own ground

Your pipeline in your own database — contacts, deals and every rep's notes in your own PostgreSQL server, not a row in a shared multi-tenant system.
Credentials that stay put — OAuth tokens for your connected Google/Microsoft accounts live in your environment, sealed off from every other tenant by default-deny networking.
Sovereign EU ground — customer and prospect data on hardware we own, in Sofia or Amsterdam, under EU jurisdiction only. No US parent, no CLOUD Act reach — a real answer for European sales teams handling European contacts.
Reserved resources, no seat caps, no usage meter — you pay for the environment you reserve, not for how big your team grows or how much you sell.

Under the hood

Compute
Dedicated Twenty server + worker (Node.js) pods, resources reserved in-cluster (request = limit); Shared or Dedicated physical CPU clusters — your choice
Database
Your own PostgreSQL 16 pod on replicated Ceph block storage
Queue / cache
Your own Redis for the job queue (calendar/email sync, automations), eviction tuned so queued jobs are never dropped
Worker
A dedicated background worker running the CRM's scheduled jobs continuously
Storage
Distributed CephFS volume for attachments and uploads, shared by server and worker
Network
Default-deny NetworkPolicies: environments cannot reach each other, period
Ingress
Dedicated IP per environment, TLS at our EU edge for your CRM domain, HTTP/2
Backups
Nightly database plus uploads archive, on separate platform storage
Releases
Every component version-pinned down to image digests; upgrades staged on test environments first
Jurisdiction
EU company, own network (AS202309), own hardware in Sofia & Amsterdam, own keys

Plans

Twenty runs a Node server, a background worker, PostgreSQL and Redis — a real four-part stack, sized to work. A Standard environment runs a team's CRM comfortably; larger plans add headroom for big datasets and heavy automation. Per environment, per month, excl. VAT. Dedicated IP and nightly backups included in every plan.

★ Shared CPU is our recommended option — same isolation and features in both modes; the price difference is the physical CPU guarantee level alone. Disk grows online; plan upgrades are applied in place. Volume pricing for multi-environment teams on request.

Frequently asked

Is this a Twenty cloud subscription?
No — it's self-hosted, open-source Twenty as your own isolated instance. No per-seat pricing, no tiered feature paywall. The whole product, and a database that's yours.
How many users can I add?
As many as your workspace needs. You pay for the environment you reserve, not per user — invite your whole team without the seat maths.
Can it sync my calendar and email?
Yes — connect Google or Microsoft accounts so calendar events and emails flow into the CRM. The OAuth tokens stay inside your environment, isolated from every other tenant.
Do you support or customise my CRM?
No — same boundary as everywhere on the platform. We guarantee the environment: database, worker, queue, network, uptime, provisioning. Your workspace, custom objects, integrations and automations are yours.
Can I migrate an existing CRM in?
You can import into Twenty and, since the database is yours, restore or move it however you need. Out the same way — no lock-in on your pipeline.
Where is my data?
Sofia or Amsterdam — your choice — on hardware owned by Radibase, an EU company on its own network. No US parent, no CLOUD Act exposure. Your customer data stays under EU jurisdiction.
